You may not have realised but Internet Explorer is no longer.

After 27 years Microsoft finally bid farewell to it’s iconic web browser mid-June.

Since its launch Microsoft released 11 major versions of Internet Explorer.

Internet Explorer was the most used web browser in the early 2000s, with a peak of about 95% usage share by 2003.¹

Microsoft’s replacement browser is Edge which uses the same open source code as Google’s browser Chrome which currently has 67% of the marketshare of all browsers².

So if you still have Explorer on your machines, we recommend completely uninstalling it to remove any security risks.
